Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is available to anyone with a browser and requires no account. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you may bind it, and "you" includes that organisation.

The Site is an informational website about MurvianLabs and the products we build. It exists to describe who we are and what we are working on.

Nothing on the Site is an offer, a binding commitment, a warranty about a product, a promise that any described feature will ship, or professional advice of any kind. Descriptions of products in development — including release timing, capabilities, and pricing — are statements of current intention and may change or be abandoned without notice.

The Site does not sell anything, take payment, or create an account for you. Where a product is distributed, that happens through an app store under that store's terms, not here.

Each product we publish has its own terms and privacy policy. Those documents govern the product; these Terms govern only the Site.

Where these Terms and a product's terms both address the same subject, the product's terms control for that product. Nothing here adds to, limits, or varies any right or obligation under a product's terms.

MurvianLabs and its licensors own the Site and its contents, including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, animation, and underlying code, except for identified third-party or open-source material, which remains subject to its own licence.

You may view the Site, and quote or link to it for ordinary reference, comment, reporting, or review, with attribution. You may not copy, republish, mirror, frame, or create derivative works from substantial parts of it, use it to train a model, scrape it systematically, or present its content as your own.

"MurvianLabs", "Aranor", and our logos and marks are ours. Using them as your own branding, or in a way suggesting endorsement, affiliation, or partnership we have not granted, requires written permission.

You must not:

• probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• introduce malware, or use the Site to distribute it;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site in a way that burdens it or ignores stated limits;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with us; or
• use the Site unlawfully, or in a way that infringes another's rights.

Good-faith security research is not prohibited merely because it finds a flaw, provided you avoid privacy harm, disruption, extortion, and unauthorised access to data, and report what you find to us at the address in section 12 before disclosing it publicly.

The Site may link to third-party sites and platforms, including Google Play and our providers' documentation. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy, terms, or data practices. A link is not an endorsement. Once you follow one, that destination's terms and privacy policy apply.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including removing pages or content, without notice and without liability to you. We do not promise the Site will be available uninterrupted or that any URL will remain valid indefinitely.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". MURVIANLABS AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every attack, or free of inaccuracies, or that content is current. Information here may become out of date, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MURVIANLABS, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed INR 5,000. Because the Site is free and informational, this reflects the nature of what is provided. These limits apply under every theory of liability and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.

They do not cover liability that law does not allow us to limit, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful. Liability relating to a product is governed by that product's terms, not this section.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or business reasons. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from that date, and continuing to use the Site after it means you accept them. If you disagree, stop using the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum, small-claims right, statutory venue, or other non-waivable protection available where you live.

Before filing, please send written notice describing the dispute and the resolution you want, using section 12. We will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Either party may still seek urgent injunctive relief or approach a regulator or other forum permitted by law.

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Site.
• Severability: an unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum necessary; the rest continues in force.
• No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in a reorganisation, financing, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to law.
• No agency or third-party rights: no partnership, employment, franchise, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created, and no third party may enforce these Terms unless stated.

MurvianLabs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, operates this Site. For legal notices, questions about these Terms, or security reports, email contact@murvianlabs.com with "Website Terms" in the subject. Notice under section 11 is effective when sent to that address.
